We offer online payment authorizations using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards. It's important to note that your card won't be charged until your reservations are confirmed. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are the owner of the card or have been authorized by the owner.

Additional security measures may require activation through your bank with a validation code sent to your mobile device to confirm each transaction. We do not impose surcharges for debit or credit card payments, and bank transfers are also accepted.

For groups of eight or more, a deposit must be made, and the full payment must be settled eight weeks (56 days) before the first game. Deposits are non-refundable, and the remaining amount can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Once payment is received, we will send a confirmation of your order via email, which serves as your proof of purchase. We recommend that you print and keep it safe.

The data collected during registration is solely for use by Just Tee Times.com and is fully protected by our privacy policy. Credit card data is not stored longer than necessary to process your reservation.

If you've paid with a credit card and are entitled to a refund, it will be credited back to your card within about 15 days of confirming the cancellation. You'll receive an email notification once the credit card refund has been processed.

For those who have paid with a method other than a credit card, such as a bank transfer or money order, and are eligible for a refund, it will take approximately 30 days after confirming the cancellation to issue the refund. You'll receive an email notification once the refund process has been completed.

If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please inform us in writing via email.

Please note that any amendments are subject to availability, and while we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfil it. If there are any costs involved, these will be charged to you accordingly. Additionally, in cases where the booking includes free places, reducing the number of guests may not necessarily result in a reduction in the overall price.

Cancellation or failure to show up for a booking can result in costs incurred with the suppliers, which will be passed on to you. Please be aware that these costs increase the closer you get to the arrival date. In addition to these costs, you will also be charged a cancellation fee per person, per booking, to reflect the losses and costs we incur when cancelling the booking. The cancellation fees are as follows:

Bookings without deposit:

• If you cancel more than 8 weeks (56 days) prior to the 1st round date, you will be charged a 20 Euros administration fee per person, as well as any additional cancellation charges from the supplier(s) (up to 100% of booking value).
• If you cancel between 55 and 35 days prior to the 1st round date, you will be charged a 30 Euros administration fee per person, as well as any additional cancellation charges from the supplier(s) (up to 100% of booking value).
• If you cancel between 34 and 0 days prior to the 1st round date, you will be charged the full value of the booking.

Bookings with deposit:

• If you cancel more than 8 weeks (56 days) prior to the 1st round date, you will lose the full deposit paid, which is a minimum of 15% of the booking value, as well as any additional cancellation charges from the supplier(s) (up to 100% of booking value).
• If you cancel between 55 and 35 days prior to the 1st round date, you will lose the full deposit paid, which is a minimum of 15% of the booking value, as well as any additional cancellation charges from the supplier(s) (up to 100% of booking value).
• If you cancel between 34 and 0 days prior to the 1st round date, you will be charged the full value of the booking.

Not Liable For

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any slow play on a golf course. Although we frequently check the conditions of the golf courses and update information about maintenance on our website, the actual playing conditions may vary.

Courses maintenance, such as greens aerification, sand topdressing, and drainage improvements, may occur at short notice, depending on weather conditions, which means that we are not always made aware of when this will happen. These events are outside of our control, and we cannot be held responsible for the condition of the course during your break.

Bad weather policy

Unfavourable weather conditions are inevitable throughout the year, and consequently, golf courses may choose to close or operate with temporary tees and greens at their sole discretion. Golf courses retain the right to either close or implement temporary tee boxes/greens.

Playing on temporary greens and tees is considered an integral part of golfing during adverse weather conditions, and no refunds will be provided for such rounds. It is important to acknowledge that restrictions on trolleys and buggies are frequently imposed when courses are wet, and these decisions are made by the course authorities. Just Tee Times.com cannot be held liable for any inconveniences caused by inclement weather conditions.

If the golf course closes due to extreme weather conditions, preventing you from playing golf, we will make an effort, subject to our supplier's discretion, to secure green fee vouchers for the round(s) that you were not able to play. However, additional charges may apply depending on the new booking dates.

Each golf course establishes its own "Bad Weather Policy," and all decisions regarding green fee vouchers rest solely with the course authorities, and their rulings are final. Just Tee Times.com cannot be held responsible if adverse weather conditions persist. Any vouchers issued at the company's discretion can be utilized for future bookings with Just Tee Times.com.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for cancellations resulting from golf course closures, regardless of the circumstances. 

Upon request, we can call and check the status of the golf course on your behalf. If you choose not to travel for any reason, we will make every effort, subject to the policy of the golf course, to reschedule your tee times for a future date that is mutually agreed upon.

Please note that additional charges may apply depending on the new date you choose to rebook.

We reserve the right to modify, revise, or remove any information, advertisements, or content that appears on our website, www.justteetimes.com, at any time. Users are not entitled to make any claims against us regarding such changes.

We cannot be held responsible for any failure to provide the golf rounds or for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as:

•     Strikes, lockouts, or other labour disputes;
•     Civil unrest, riots, invasions, terrorist attacks, or the threat thereof, war (declared or not), or the threat or preparation for war;
•     Fires, explosions, severe weather conditions, storms, floods, earthquakes, subsidence, epidemics, or other natural or nuclear disasters;
•     Inability to use public or private transport, including railways, shipping, aircraft, motor vehicles, or other means of transportation;
•     Inability to use public or private telecommunications networks; and
•     Government decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions.
